The real estate market in Las Cruces, New Mexico
area is one of the hottest in the country. My job is to make sure
that I represent my clients and customers effectively and responsibly.
I use the latest technology and databases to ensure
that we are aware of the status and history of any Las Cruces or
Southwest New Mexico property you are interested in buying or selling.
There are a lot of factors that can turn even a
simple transaction into a nightmare when working in the Las Cruces
real estate market. Here are just a few of the things which are
frequently overlooked:
- Easements
- Title issues
- Liens
- Water rights
- Covenants
|
- Subdivision
- Zoning restrictions
- Flooding problems
- Soil problems
|
My job is to make sure you have a smooth transaction
that is free of any unpleasant surprises.

Las Cruces is located in Southern New Mexico
in the Chihuahuan Desert, along the banks of the Rio Grande
River. Las Cruces is about 40 miles north of El Paso, Texas,
(close enough, but not too close) and 225 miles south of Albuquerque
on I-25. Santa Fe is 280 miles north, and Tucson, Arizona is
280 mile to the west on I-10. The population is approximately
75,000, large enough to find all the shopping and fine restaurants
you might want and small enough not to have traffic jams or
severe problems with crime. We have a very pleasant climate,
with summer temperatures occasionally reaching three digits
and beautiful clear, cool winters. We get an occasional dusting
of snow that is usually gone by noon. Learn
